Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@nuovabody.com as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to modify or cancel it.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Are your products suitable for everyone?
Our wellness and recovery products are designed for everyday use by adults. If you have a specific medical condition or injury, we recommend consulting your GP or physiotherapist before use.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All products include a manufacturer's warranty. Please refer to the individual product page for specific warranty details, or contact us if you have questions.
Are the massagers safe to use daily?
Yes — our massage devices are designed for regular use. We recommend starting with shorter sessions (10–15 minutes) and adjusting based on your comfort level.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days after a 1–3 business day processing period. International orders take 7–21 business days depending on destination. See our Shipping page for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our order tracking page to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at support@nuovabody.com.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage and we'll resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a full refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
